Over 100 children came to the Annual Tanglewood North Holiday Party. HOW GOOD IS THAT! This party brought out both the very young and many seniors. The elderly thoroughly enjoyed seeing the little ones visiting with Santa while getting their pictures taken and given a special toy from “Elf”.

Pizzas, selections of Java Connection Coffee, and pot luck desserts were served along with soft drinks and water. The Balloon Lady and Face Painter were popular HOA treats for the children. Kathy Zajac has always provided the Coloring Contest, prizes for participants at the party along with the popcorn machine. Her volunteers manned and helped our volunteers. Board Member Ruth Schnipper handed out lovely Poinsettia Plants to the adult guests. Board Members Darlene Elsa and Ruth brought their little ones from their families for their first Santa experience. Ruth had five generations attending.

Behind the scenes the O’Tooles handed out Poinsettias, fruit, food, and a Christmas Card from the Board of Directors to those that were shut in for the holidays. The goal for this final annual TN party is to be inclusive for everyone to continue making this A Special Place To Live. If someone took your picture with Santa at the party, you will find those photos are available at the office. Just thumb through and take yours – no charge – that’s part of your 2018 TN memory.

We wish you happy experiences and memories in 2019!
